Oleksandr Shyshkanov

Mr. Shyshkanov is the head of Land law and Real estate practices of Jurimex. 

For more than 8 years, Oleksandr has been advising his clients on various aspects of land and real estate law among which are formalizing of ownership rights and lease on agricultural and non-agricultural land plots, residential and commercial real estate objects, including  privatization thereof.

Oleksandr Shyshkanov has a significant experience in arrangement and performance of due diligences reviews preceding M&A transactions of agricultural enterprises who produce grain and are involved into grains storage and trading.  Among others, he provides day-to-day legal support to numerous Ukrainian agricultural companies – members of the major international holdings.
