We introduce the principles of public service and social justice while performing business activities. As a consequence, Jurimex grants legal help and assistance to a great many social projects.
Thus, Jurimex provides legal support to the “Ukraine, I am for you” welfare fund, which provides medical clinics and hospitals, health care institutions, boarding schools and children’s communities, environmental protection agencies and other social institutions with needed equipment, as well as granting aid towards the building and reconstruction of orthodox churches and other charity events.
Jurimex supports the development of professional sports in Ukraine. In particular, we patronize the Federation of Handball in Ukraine by providing appropriate legal services in process of setting up handball competitions or matches. Jurimex is a fellow partner of the international boxing agency, “National Boxing Promotion”.
Our experts are widely engaged in the lawmaking process with the parliamentary committees of Ukraine, who always take into consideration our legal opinions and draft laws affecting the taxation, licensing, and administrative control of the gambling industry. In addition, we participate in the establishment of many governmental acts and administrative regulations affecting the social life in Ukraine.
Lawyers of Jurimex advocate for The Ukrainian National Academy of Science in a great number of lawsuits and ministerial disputes, including restoring the state property of the huge real estate complex “Feofania” to its legal owner.
At the beginning of 2009, the financial crisis affected many Ukrainian banking institutions, and our company started rendering free-of-charge consultation to those impacted by this crisis on our e-net blog, solving questions of sometimes great complexity.
