Dispute involving the trademark registration in the Chamber of Appeals at the State Intellectual Property Department

Jurimex lawyers represented the client (a national monthly magazine) in the Chamber of Appeals at Ukrainian Patent Department to appeal against the decision of the Examination Committee refusing to register the client’s trademark.

The Chamber of Appeals satisfied the application, prepared by Jurimex lawyers, which requested to cancel the decision passed by the State Intellectual Property Department whereby it refused to register the trademark. This enabled to register the client’s the trademark.
